My name is Rebecca Allman and I'm a senior print journalism major at The Pennsylvania State University. I will be graduating in May 2011 and my future plans are to write for a magazine.
I became interested in the concept of "victim blaming" and "asking for it" during one of my communications classes. The purpose of this website is to inform people about what rape really is and who is to blame.
